I’m allll about everything simple…add a bit of healthy and I’m sold. Therefore, when I saw this post by The Kitchn about using an old PB jar for overnight oats…I couldn’t WAIT for my peanut butter to run out.

Here’s what you’ll need: 1 old peanut butter jar [don’t wash it out!], 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of rolled oats,  3 Tbsp of greek yogurt, honey, 1 apple, 1 banana, any other add-ons/toppings of your choosing. Chia seeds and almonds are something wonderful to add :)

Simply put the rolled oats and milk into the PB jar and let it sit overnight. The next morning, add the yogurt, chopped banana and apple, and honey.

Easy. Healthy. YUMMY.
